Return Policy

Please review Coaching Systems’ (referred to as either “CS”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) Return Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing from Our website, the buyer (“Buyer” or “You”) agrees to abide by the terms outlined in this Returns Policy.
Physical Material (Books, Media, etc.)
Returns
- We accept returns of physical material within 30 days of receipt.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received.
- The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the received items and notifying Us of any discrepancies, damages, or defects within 7 days of receipt of the items.
- Material that has been written on or in, or altered or modified in any way is not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- To return a physical product, first contact Us for approval.
- If Your return is approved, please mail to: Coaching Systems, LLC; 12503 E. Euclid Dr., Unit #35; Centennial, CO 80111.
Refunds
- Once We receive Your returned item, We will inspect it and notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund. If approved, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your original method of payment (if possible and practicable; otherwise via Company check).
- Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on Your statement.
Shipping
- The Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs, including the original shipping costs, are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
- The Buyer is responsible for inspecting the received items and notifying Us of any discrepancies, damages, or defects within 7 days of receipt of the items.
- We reserve the right to relax the 7-day rule at Our discretion and based on a case-by-case analysis of any extraordinary circumstances.
Lost Items
- We cannot replace or refund lost material.
Online Courses
Returns
- We accept returns of digital products (online courses via their unique authorization key code) within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for return, an online course authorization key must be active (i.e., not redeemed in any manner whatsoever).
- Once an online course authorization key has been used, to either create an account or begin a course, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
Technical Issues
- If You experience technical difficulties accessing the online course, please contact Our support team for assistance. We will make every effort to resolve any technical issues promptly.
